2025 Conference Sponsor - Standard

STANDARD EXHIBITOR

(1) 6' Deep x 10' Wide booth, (1) 6' draped table, back/side drapes, (2) chairs and (1) wastebasket. Booth Space will be assigned once application and payment have been received. Booth Space is assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Company Advertisement. Company name, logo, and services will appear in the conference booklet and on the UGFOA.org Sponsor page through 2026 with links to your business webpage.

Dessert with Sponsors. Sponsors and delegates will have time to mingle and connect over dessert (after lunch).

Golf tickets. Sponsor golf tickets may be purchased separately here.

Additional Sponsor Booth Representative

To prevent overcrowding of the sponsor booth space, each is allowed a limited number of booth representatives based upon their sponsorship level (Gold (4), Silver and Bronze (2)).  If a sponsor desires to have additional representatives, they may do so by paying this fee that will cover the meals of the additional representative.
